• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads.
• Improve sales performance through KPI analysis and action plans.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.
• Assist in scheduling and daily task planning.
