Job summary

POP MART in New York is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to guide the store team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is valued.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others while fostering a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable making decisions and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to interpret business metrics and use data to improve store performance.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
• Basic computer and POS proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve goals.
• Build relationships with customers by sharing POP MART stories, Blind Boxes, MEGA collections, and collaborations.
• Foster an energetic, inclusive, and engaging environment for customers and team members.
• Achieve store sales goals and KPIs, promote product categories, and communicate opportunities to leadership.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, compliant store.
• Process transactions, returns, exchanges, and POS activities; assist with shipments and inventory cycles.
• Support visual merchandising, stockroom organization, and inventory accuracy.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; participate in events, pop-ups, openings, and brand initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
