Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead in Santa Clara, CA to inspire the team and deliver a premium customer experience. You will act as Leader on Duty, coach associates, and help manage daily operations and inventory while promoting exclusive collections.

You will drive sales performance, lead by example, and stay current on POP MART products and campaigns. The role requires reliable leadership, strong communication, and a passion for collectibles in a fast-paced retail setting.

• 1+ years of retail experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach and support Sales Associates to hit goals.
• Build relationships by sharing POP MART stories and products.
• Maintain an energetic, engaging store environment.
• Drive sales KPIs and communicate needs to leadership.
• Execute opening/closing, POS transactions, and stock operations.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and back-of-house processes.
