Job summary

POP MART in New York, NY seeks an Assistant Store Manager for SoHo to deliver exceptional customer experiences and lead daily store operations. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach a high-performing team, and ensure brand standards across merchandising, inventory, and service.

You will oversee onboarding, training, and performance development, while managing opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Talent Development: recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
Customer Experience: deliver an exceptional customer experience and motivate staff.
Sales & Business Performance: work with Store Manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
Store Operations: manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
Visual Merchandising & Inventory: execute planograms and maintain inventory accuracy.
Brand & Community: engage local collectors and promote POP MART’s brand.
