POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to manage daily operations at Sono Collection. You will serve as Leader on Duty when management is unavailable, coach associates, and help bring POP MART’s brand to life for customers.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and delivering premium customer experiences while supporting inventory, merchandising, and events that showcase new products and collaborations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience with leadership or supervisory exposure.
• Strong customer-first mindset and coaching ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze basic store metrics and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and coach Sales Associates.
• Help achieve store sales goals and KPIs such as conversion, UPT, and ATV.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and maintain store standards.
