Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, pop culture is valued.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to drive performance.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.
• Partner with Store Manager to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, safety and compliance.
• Manage visual merchandising and inventory accuracy on the sales floor.
• Act as Brand ambassador for POP MART and support community events.
