Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy SoHo-6th Ave location is seeking a Care Coordinator to welcome patients and guide them through our outpatient services. You will respond to calls and emails within 2 hours, and within 24 hours, and help manage appointment flow with a focus on friendly, 5-star service.

You will support patients through the out-of-network experience, coordinate care with teams, and contribute to a community that values hospitality and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail with willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsabilités
