Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued.
• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through our out-of-network experience and greet patients entering the clinic.
• Execute 5-star customer service and collaborate with the team to ensure patients receive care and support.
