Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy in Canarsie, Brooklyn seeks a Care Coordinator to warmly welcome patients and manage appointment flow. You will respond to calls and emails within 2 hours and guide patients through the out-of-network experience with a smile.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued.
• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and greet all patients at the clinic.
