Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our Midtown East location. The role focuses on welcoming patients, guiding them through the appointment process, and ensuring timely responses to calls and emails.

You will help manage the patient experience and support a collaborative clinic culture. The ideal candidate brings prior customer service experience, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to grow within a leading

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while managing appointment flow.
• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.
• Greet all patients entering the clinic with a smile and provide 5-star customer service.
• Foster a collaborative, community-focused environment and support patients and team members.
