Job summary

Five Iron Golf seeks an Assistant General Manager - Social to lead the Golf Experience Team and coach staff in delivering memorable guest experiences across simulators, leagues, and events.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive revenue, recruit and train staff, manage operations, maintain high service standards, monitor costs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while building loyalty in the local community.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitality management experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role as AGM/GM.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue in simulator rentals, food & beverage, and leagues.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff; onboard new hires.
• Evaluate staff performance to meet daily business needs.
• Oversee social operations: leagues, events, and staff scheduling.
• Set and uphold service standards; optimize labor and costs.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
