Job summary

Five Iron Golf Philadelphia LLC is seeking a General Manager - Social leadership to oversee social operations across our venues. You will hire, train, and coach staff to deliver enlightened hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include driving revenue, managing social leagues and events, and maintaining P&L performance while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role requires leadership, energy, and a passion for community engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitality management experience, with at least 3 years as Assistant General Manager or General Manager.
• Strong leadership, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage operations of the social side including events, leagues, and rental experiences.
• Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through simulator rentals, food & beverage sales, and league sales.
• Recruit, hire, and train social staff.
• Actively evaluate employee performance to meet daily needs.
• Manage all social operations: leagues, simulator rentals, events, facilities, F&B, and staff scheduling.
• Ensure guest enjoyment and above-and-beyond service standards.
