Five Iron Golf is seeking an experienced guest-experience leader to manage and grow our immersive golf venues. You will supervise staff, train teams, and ensure every guest receives knowledgeable service across technology, lessons, leagues, memberships, and F&B offerings.

Responsabilidades

• Manage with and through associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience across pre-visit, onsite, and post-visit interactions.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of all products and services to confidently sell and cross-sell offerings.
• Act as in-house expert on golf simulator technology and connect guests with leagues, memberships, and fittings.
• Oversee sales, execution, and management of leagues and tournaments across seasons.
• Build community relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales and customer service inquiries.
• Collaborate with team to align efforts toward business goals.
• Ensure guest enjoyment and safety in all interactions.
• Follow health, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Assist with closing duties as needed.
