Job summary

Five Iron Golf Cincinnati LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager – Social to join its leadership team. Working closely with the General Manager, the AGM-S coaches staff, delivers memorable guest experiences, and leads the Golf Experience Team to highlight the unique Five Iron Golf journey.

This role focuses on driving revenue through simulator rentals, food and beverage, and leagues, while overseeing operations, scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitality management experience, with at least 1 year as Assistant General Manager or General Manager.
• Strong leadership ability with a willingness to lead by example.
• Exemplary communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Availability to be present in the space on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue in Simulator Rentals, Food and Beverage Sales, and League sales.
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of all staff; onboard and educate new hires.
• Evaluate employee performance to meet day-to-day business needs.
