Five Iron Golf NYC LLC in New York is seeking a General Manager - Social to hire, train, and coach staff, delivering exceptional service and enlightened hospitality across our social venues, leagues, and simulator experiences.

The GM - Social will manage the Social P&L, drive revenue through F&B, leagues, and events, build strong community relationships, and ensure health, safety, and alcohol-service compliance while keeping guests thrilled and engaged.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitality management experience, with 3+ years as Assistant GM or GM.
• Strong leadership ability and lead-by-example mindset.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue through Simulator Rentals, Food and Beverage Sales, and League sales
• Recruit, hire, and train social staff
• Actively evaluate employee performance to meet daily business needs
• Manage all operations of the social side of the business, including leagues and events
• Ensure guest enjoyment and high service standards
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of products and services to cross-sell
• Manage Social P&L and control labor and operating costs
• Build community relationships and local marketing efforts
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol laws
