Five Iron Golf in Philadelphia is seeking an Assistant General Manager Social/Golf Experience Manager as part of our Leadership Talent Network. You will coach staff to deliver exceptional hospitality, lead the Golf Experience Team, and drive revenue across simulators, leagues, and F&B.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership ability and example-driven management.
• Exemplary communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Upbeat energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with a team.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue in simulator rentals, food and beverage sales, and leagues.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff and manage onboarding.
• Evaluate staff performance to meet daily needs.
• Oversee social side operations: leagues, events, and staff scheduling.
• Maintain service standards and monitor costs.
• Understand P&L and assist local marketing efforts.
• Know products and services to upsell across offerings.
• Engage customers with personalized recommendations.
• Build community relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate across teams to achieve goals.
• Oversee golf leagues and tournaments year-round.
• Ensure health, safety and legal compliance.
