Job summary

Inter Miami CF is seeking an Account Executive to drive ticket inventory sales across all seating categories through cold-calling, face-to-face appointments, and business-to-business networking.

You will collaborate with Ticket Operations and Member Services to hit sales targets, maintain high levels of customer service, and represent the organization at game-day and community events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in professional or collegiate sports (or related industry).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours and in a team environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce/Archtics) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, establish, research, and close sales leads through cold-calling, appointments, and networking.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales and prospecting goals.
• Work with Ticket Operations and Member Services to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Represent the organization at networking events and community activities.
• Active role in the Inter Miami game day experience and events.
• Maintain accurate records to support sales efforts.
