Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at home matches.
• Sell tickets accurately for IMCF matches and events.
• Assist guests with mobile ticketing challenges.
• Greet guests politely and professionally.
• Reconcile daily sales without any discrepancies.

Skills

Customer service experience
