Job summary

Specified Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Territory Manager for the Southern California region. The role focuses on driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and supporting customers within an assigned geographic area.

This position is fully remote and requires frequent travel within Southern California to support customers and hit sales targets. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of outside sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
• 2–3 years outside sales experience.
• Construction sales experience and understanding of the construction process is a plus but not required.
• Experience with solution selling (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales efforts on large projects.
• Set up and manage distribution of the company products.
• Sustain a rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
• Consistently identify new sources of business.
• Make effective presentations to a variety of audiences.
• Articulate ideas clearly and concisely to a diverse audience in a variety of settings.
