Job summary

Specified Technologies Inc. (STI) is seeking a Territory Manager for the Southern California area to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and support customers in an assigned region.

This role blends relationship management, technical product education, and strategic territory planning as you work with contractors, distributors, and design professionals to promote STI’s firestop solutions and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Equivalent.
• 2–3 years outside sales experience.
• Construction sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Experience with solution selling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales efforts on large projects.
• Set up and manage distribution of products.
• Maintain rapports with key accounts through periodic visits.
• Identify new sources of business and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
• Travel within the Southern California region as needed.
