Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Southern California Territory Sales Representative to grow the Autocall Fire Detection partner network and drive market expansion. You will train partners, supply sales support, and enable customers to estimate, install, program, and commission projects while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Based in Southern California with 3–5 years of outside sales experience, preferred background in fire detection products.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of successful outside sales and presentation experience.
• Experience working with consulting engineers within Fire Detection Industry.
• Reside within the territory; Travel 30% of time within Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Represent Autocall Fire Detection across the assigned territory and serve as a trusted partner to channel customers.
• Develop and deepen relationships with existing Autocall certified partners while recruiting new partners into the Autocall family.
• Build and execute an annual sales plan aligned with company growth strategy and territory objectives.
• Provide sales expertise, tools, equipment, and resources that help channel partners exceed target sales volume goals.
• Promote product knowledge to channel partners, MEP firms, and end user customers.
