Job summary

Bal Seal Engineering is seeking a Territory Manager for Southern California to drive revenue growth in the Foothill Ranch / Lake Forest area. You will lead new business development, manage strategic accounts, and collaborate with Applications Engineering and Inside Sales to deliver tailored solutions for customers.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B technical field sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel up to 50% within the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B technical field sales with a demonstrated track record of new customer acquisition and solution-based selling.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of account management and new business acquisition in manufacturing environments tied to mission critical industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory-specific new business plans focused on targeted customers, applications, and industries.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends to drive territory growth.
• Prospect, qualify, and engage new customers through direct outreach and events.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Apply consultative, solution-selling techniques to uncover customer needs and drive value.
