Job summary

EY is seeking a leader to manage the Snowflake alliance program within the Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team. This role coordinates across EY’s global teams and alliance partners to drive program strategy, activation, and governance while delivering measurable impact and revenue growth.

You will work on enabling and activating alliance initiatives across multiple regions, with travel required and a mix of virtual work.

Qualifications

• Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services company
• Strong ability to build and nurture win–win alliance relationships
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work across global teams and travel as needed
• Understanding of Snowflake technology and related partner programs

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Snowflake alliance partner program strategy
• Gain access to alliance Snowflake level programs and deploy alliance partner programs globally along with driving local activation and compliance
• Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate financial reporting, and metrics as needed for individual alliance partner impact/influence
• Activate new countries and super regions globally ensuring proper approvals and governance for new programs
• Drive Compliance with internal policies and requirements
• Contributes to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network by content, knowledge sharing, and market insights
• Collaborate with EY leadership and partner organizations to align strategies and programs
• Travel as needed to support global coordination and program rollout
