Job summary

EY is seeking a Snowflake Alliance Relationship Director (ARD) to join the Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team in the U.S. This role coordinates with Snowflake leadership, EY account executives, and regional go-to-market leaders to deliver on alliance objectives and revenue growth.

You will drive joint campaigns, manage the alliance pipeline, and develop compelling value propositions while ensuring governance and compliance across priorities and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in alliance management, business development, technology, or professional services.
• Ability to manage multiple activities while enabling relationship governance, marketing strategy, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of Snowflake technology and alliance partner solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute Snowflake alliance strategy, objectives, and go-to-market elements.
• Manage joint pipeline and drive sales campaigns to generate new business.
• Identify target accounts with leaders across regions and sectors.
• Develop alliance messaging and secure alignment with Snowflake leadership and partners.
• Facilitate top-to-top relationships and governance with accountability across service lines.
