Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship professional to coordinate Snowflake alliance activities and drive joint business development across US markets. You will work with Snowflake leadership, EY account teams, and regional leaders to align go-to-market efforts and governance structures.

You will manage the alliance pipeline, craft joint value propositions, and enable sales motions with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in alliance management, business development, technology, or professional services.
• Ability to manage many activities while enabling relationship management, governance, marketing strategy, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute Snowflake alliance strategy and go-to-market program elements.
• Manage the joint pipeline and drive sales campaigns to generate new business.
• Identify target account strategy with Global/Regional Go-To-Market Leaders and account teams.
• Develop alliance messaging and value propositions with Snowflake leadership and partners.
• Facilitate top-to-top relationships and governance with clear accountability across teams.
• Drive governance with accountability across service lines, sectors, accounts, and regions.
• Conduct U.S. business reviews and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate with Partner Operations for approvals and compliance.
• Deploy Snowflake partner programs and enablement sessions.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with financial reporting and sales insights.
• Collaborate with Brand/Marketing to define messaging and campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal tech teams on sales enablement assets.
• Provide pre-sales support and incubation for target accounts.
• Contribute to Global Alliance network with knowledge sharing.
