Mondelēz International in Minneapolis seeks a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery execution and customer plans across multiple Minnesota cities. You will lead both full-time and part-time merchandisers, optimize displays, and partner with store personnel to grow shelf impact and sales.

The role requires 3–5 years in selling, strong business-process understanding, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background and knowledge of business processes and systems.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license in residence state.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check.

Mansioni

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing accounts and executing customer plans.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers (FT/PT) to improve performance.
• Ensure flawless in-store rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers to secure incremental opportunities.
