Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager in the United States (Kansas area) to lead in-store execution and Direct Store Delivery across the territory. You will build relationships with retailers, optimize displays, and implement sales plans to drive growth.

The role requires 3–5 years of selling experience, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Base salary plus bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead with Impact: Manage a team of Merchandisers from hiring to performance development.
• Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and programs in-store.
• Consult & Sell: Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan for Growth: Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build Relationships: Develop partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
