Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager in the United States (Olathe, KS area) to lead in-store execution and growth across assigned accounts. You will manage a team of merchandisers, drive sales targets, and ensure flawless rollout of HQ programs.

You will tailor data-driven strategies, build store relationships, and optimize resources to maximize shelf impact and sales volume. A valid driver’s license and 3–5 years of selling experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business-process understanding.
• Able to perform physical activities and pass background checks.
• Company vehicle with gas card provided.

Aufgaben

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across accounts.
• Lead and coach Merchandisers and Order Writers within the team.
• Drive flawless in-store rollout of priorities and merchandising programs.
• Consult and sell on-site with customers, securing incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven strategies based on store demographics and needs.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to identify opportunities.
• Optimize resources by deploying merchandisers and writers efficiently.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution and unsaleables management.
• Design and execute a smart store cadence to strengthen relationships and results.
