Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive direct store delivery and in-store execution across a multi-city US territory. You will lead merchandisers, optimize displays, and build strong relationships with store personnel to energize sales and marketplace presence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong business process understanding.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; background checks required.
• Company vehicle provided with gas card and maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead a team of merchandisers and coordinate coaching and development.
• Ensure flawless in-store rollout of sales priorities and programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ program execution.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering, displays, and unsaleables management.
• Design and execute a smart store cadence to drive results.
• Operate within Mondelez safety and operational guidelines.
