T-Mobile is seeking an Account Executive, Business Sales in the Ypsilanti, MI area. You will hunt new business, build strong customer relationships, and close deals by presenting T-Mobile’s wireless solutions to small businesses (1-9 employees).

Regular travel within the Ypsilanti market is required. You will prospect, qualify, and close opportunities while meeting monthly targets, with base pay plus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably commissioned.
• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and pursue leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate solution-based selling; recommend wireless plans and devices.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management; participate in product training and sales meetings.
• Create effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals.
• Utilize sales automation and manage the sales funnel; report on activities and forecasts.
• Maintain and grow the customer base within a territory model.
