T-Mobile is hiring an Account Executive for SMB Team Sales in Beltsville, MD. You will build relationships, prospect new customers, and drive revenue by recommending wireless solutions and closing deals.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1+ years in new customer sales; B2B experience is a plus. Regular travel is expected as part of territory coverage and growth opportunities are offered within a strong rewards program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience; commission environment preferred.
• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead generation: develop and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories under supervision.
• Sell to customers by demonstrating T-Mobile's value and recommending wireless solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Develop prospecting, call execution, and relationship management skills with leadership guidance.
