Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an Account Executive for the Business Team Sales to drive new business in the Maryland area. This hunter role focuses on acquiring 1-9 employee SMBs, meeting quotas, and building strong customer relationships with T-Mobile’s wireless solutions.

The position requires residing in Bel Air/Baltimore, MD and involves prospecting, negotiations, and ongoing account development. Competitive base pay with incentives plus extensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience.
• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Sell wireless solutions and negotiate deals.
• Analyze customer needs and tailor recommendations.
• Develop prospecting, call execution, and relationship-management skills with leadership.
