Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring an Account Executive, Business Sales to generate new business in underserved markets and exceed monthly sales targets. You will prospect, cold-call, network, and build strong relationships to close wireless solutions for small businesses (1-9 employees).

You will analyze customer needs, tailor recommendations, and use solution-based selling to drive growth and revenue across a defined geographic territory.

Qualifications

• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably commissioned
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Effective negotiation and closing abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under supervision
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions
• Negotiate and close deals
