Job summary

Comcast is seeking a sales professional to sell integrated communication solutions to small-to-medium business customers in Michigan. You will build relationships, promote bundled products, and position Comcast as a trusted partner in the market.

You’ll generate leads, develop territories with local partnerships, and strive to exceed targets while delivering an exemplary customer experience through strong follow-up and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 0-2 Years experience preferred; Comcast may consider coursework/experience.
• Comcast may consider combinations of coursework and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists with creating and delivering face-to-face sales presentations showcasing Comcast products and services.
• Promotes bundled products to deliver optimal customer solutions.
• Sells with goals of exceeding departmental, financial and unit targets.
• Stays abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services.
• Generates new leads through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, and referrals.
• Develops sales territory through local partnerships and affiliations.
• Maintains customer base with a superior customer experience and strong follow-up.
