Job summary

Comcast Business is seeking a SMB Account Executive in Indianapolis to drive the sale of integrated communication solutions to small-to-medium businesses. You will build relationships, present Comcast products, and work to exceed sales targets while delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating and delivering face-to-face sales presentations that illustrate knowledge of Comcast products and services.
Promote bundled products to deliver optimal customer solutions and exceed departmental targets.
Generate new leads through prospecting activities, including calls, canvassing, referrals, and partnerships.
Develop sales territory, cultivate local business partnerships and affiliations, and build a strong customer base.
Maintain excellent customer service, follow up, and ensure service levels meet or exceed customer expectations.
Prepare sales and activity reports; participate in off-site meetings with customers as needed.
