Responsibilities

• Assist with face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of Comcast products and services.
• Promote bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer.
• Sell with goals of exceeding departmental, financial and unit targets.
• Generate new leads with targeted businesses through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships.
• Focus on goal achievement and being results-driven.
• Retain customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo and ensuring superior customer experience.
• Maintain and build customer relationships to drive retention; collaborate with internal teams to ensure service levels meet expectations.
• Prepare sales and activity reports as required.
• Participate in out-of-the-office meetings with customers and demonstrate strong presenting, persuading and negotiating skills.
