Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales/sales supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in consumer/residential sales or large accounts.
• Successfully developed a professional business team.
• Passionate leader with strong local community presence.
• Proven ability with high-dollar sales and large bids.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% within territory.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Small Business sales team within a defined territory.
• Sell diverse products to businesses and maximize recurring revenue and profitable installations.
• Collaborate with local installation management to ensure quality and profitability.
• Mentor and coach Sales Representatives and develop performance metrics.
• Participate in recruiting and build self-generated lead programs.
