Job summary

ADT Security Services seeks a driven Sales Advisor to help small businesses understand and adopt our security and smart business solutions. You’ll visit customers at their locations, tailor the system to their layout and needs, and build lasting relationships through trusted advice and post-install follow-ups.

The role offers uncapped commissions, a chance to earn substantial income, and a training period with support to reach sales targets. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; location-based licensing may apply.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder capable of consulting customers.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners; be a trusted advisor.
• Customize each security system to fit business layout, operations, and needs.
• Conduct post-install follow-ups to confirm commitments and foster referrals.
• Identify and generate new small business leads within the territory to grow sales.
