ADT is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor to autonomously engage small business customers across your designated territory. You will demonstrate the value of ADT’s security and smart business solutions, tailoring recommendations to each client’s layout and needs.

In this role you will travel to customer sites, build trusted relationships, and pursue new leads while collaborating with business owners and teammates. Compensation features uncapped commissions and robust training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder to guide customers to solutions.
• Adaptable in dynamic environments and eager to learn new systems.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.
