ADT Security Services is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor to engage small business customers with tailored security and smart business solutions across designated territories. You’ll visit customers, demonstrate value, and propose the right options to match their needs.

Responsibilities include building trust, customizing systems, and following up post-installation to nurture long-term relationships. A dynamic, customer-focused environment with uncapped commissions awaits high performers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals that deliver real value.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Customize each system to fit the business’s layout, operations, and security needs, combining security, automation, and life-safety technology.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to confirm commitments were fulfilled and strengthen long-term relationships and referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new small business leads within your territory to maximize outreach and growth.
