U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary SMB partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act requirements and ongoing regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and SMB clients.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions including deposits, lending, treasury, and payments.
• Grow revenue through outside prospecting and meeting growth targets.
• Maintain CRM discipline and coordinate with internal partners to deliver client value.
