Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience and job-related experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z, plus ongoing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Address complex small business client needs with proactive outreach and consultative selling.
