Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary SBA partner across two to three branch locations, delivering tailored financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M in annual revenue.

You’ll engage branches, discover needs, and translate client goals into actionable recommendations. Expect outside prospecting to grow revenue, maintain CRM discipline, and collaborate with various partners to strengthen client growth and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience and job-related experience
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service as the Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million
