U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches and relationships, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.

You will engage in proactive outreach, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through to build deep client relationships, align products to growth and risk objectives, and drive revenue while maintaining strong CRM practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act of 2008 and Regulation Z; compliant with legal/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Prospect outside to grow revenue and hit growth targets.
• Develop client relationships through outreach and consultative selling.
• Translate financial information and cash-flow dynamics into practical guidance and solutions.
