U.S. Bank is hiring a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches and client relationships.

You will deliver tailored financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M, including deposits, lending, treasury, and digital tools. The role requires proactive outreach, discovery, consultative selling, and strong CRM discipline, with collaboration across branches and business lines.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking.
• NMLS registration under SAFE Act requirements and ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish and English for Outer Loop Kroger and Audubon Park offices.
