Job summary

Connecteam is seeking an SMB Onboarding Manager to guide small businesses through the critical onboarding phase of our deskless platform. You’ll partner with clients to ensure successful adoption, configure Connecteam to their needs, and demonstrate value from day one.

Your responsibilities include end-to-end onboarding, tailored training, and guiding customers to quick wins that boost adoption and retention in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience working with SMB clients is a strong advantage.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and explain software quickly.
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple onboarding projects.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Positive attitude, empathy and high energy.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end onboarding for SMB customers from kick-off to activation.
• Delivering tailored training sessions to configure Connecteam to client needs.
• Guiding customers to quick wins to showcase value and increase adoption.
• Ensuring customers establish strong usage habits to drive retention and satisfaction.
• Identifying at-risk clients early and developing proactive churn mitigation strategies.
