Connecteam is seeking an SMB Onboarding Manager to guide small and growing businesses through the critical onboarding phase of our deskless workforce management platform. You’ll partner with clients to ensure successful adoption and implementation, driving measurable value and setting a foundation for long-term success.

You will deliver tailored training, configure Connecteam to fit each business need, and help clients realize quick wins that demonstrate the platform’s value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience working with SMB clients is a strong advantage.
• Strong presentation and training skills are required.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain software solutions.
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• A proactive, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for SMB customers, from kick-off to activation.
• Deliver tailored training sessions to configure and implement Connecteam for each client.
• Guide customers to quick wins to showcase value and drive adoption.
• Ensure customers establish strong usage habits to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Identify at-risk clients early and develop proactive strategies to mitigate churn.
