Job summary

Connecteam is seeking an SMB Onboarding Manager to guide small and growing businesses through the crucial onboarding phase of our deskless-work platform. You will tailor sessions, configure the product to each client, and drive early adoption to demonstrate value and set up long-term success.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Development, and Customer Success to optimize the onboarding experience, manage multiple SMB projects, and ensure consistent, high-impact outcomes across regions, including

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing roles.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with SMB clients and cross-region support.
• Strong presentation and training skills, able to conduct remote and in-person sessions.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for SMB customers from kickoff to activation.
• Deliver tailored training sessions to configure Connecteam to client needs.
• Drive quick wins to boost adoption and demonstrate platform value.
• Identify at-risk customers and implement churn-mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and CS teams to improve onboarding.
