Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience working with SMB clients is a plus.
• Strong presentation and training abilities.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn and explain software quickly.
• Highly organized with multi-project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for SMB customers from kickoff to activation.
• Deliver tailored training to configure Connecteam per client needs.
• Guide customers to quick wins to boost adoption and value.
• Establish usage habits that drive retention and satisfaction.
• Identify at-risk clients early and create proactive churn-mitigation plans.
