Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is hiring a Merchant Success Manager to support and grow a focused portfolio of SMB restaurant partners. You will drive performance with outbound outreach, optimize listings, and guide product adoption to increase revenue.

You’ll be measured on activity and outcomes, including revenue, retention, and ads/promo adoption, while collaborating with internal teams and traveling for in-person meetings as needed.

Qualifications

2+ years in client-facing sales roles with retention and revenue impact.
2+ years outbound sales with performance against targets.
2+ years in business operations or related setting.
Owned a book of accounts with retention and growth responsibility.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools; proficient in Excel/Sheets.
Empathy for customer needs; goal-oriented; AI fluency or eagerness to build it.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of approximately 75 SMB restaurant partners.
Make high-volume outbound calls and emails to merchants to drive outcomes.
Advise owners on pricing, promotions, and product adoption to reach revenue goals.
Deliver quarterly business reviews highlighting revenue opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with internal growth teams to pitch best products to merchants.
Travel as needed for in-person collaboration and trainings.
